Too much! Never weighed my bags. I’ve only done one or two nights camping trips on it, but I always carry shitloads. The photo shows the long handle of my mattock on the rack for digging fire/shit pits. Also carried loads of records on it a few times. Handling genuinely improves with lowrider weight on the forks.

Basically all the stuff I’ve been riding lately along with the sort of bikes the local old school nutter rides with meccano racks and crusty old Karrimor luggage etc.

Some of @Maj threads are somewhere along this vein but as the ogs on here get older I’m sure there’ll be some good submissions. Bonus points if rider anti porn is included.

40mm risers
About 2ft extra cable on the front in case I need to go higher
Restrap Frame bag full of bungee chords, boiled sweets and coppers
Full guards and racks
Mis matched bottle cages

My back is so bad right now I can't actually ride the stupid thing
