Both are beyond fabulous. Never thpught 28c would fit an MXL. Do you have pictures of the brake bridge clearance?

Thanks, and just snapped a few inside to give you an idea, loads of room :)....which is more than can be said of the flat.

Wow that is quite spacious indeed! And don't worry about the flat, that way the people will notice your bikes more. As long as they're not flatmates (or burglars), that should be no problem ;)
