Ran a trail marathon today - 45k with 1200 ascent.
On the back of zero training (other than 10k -15k per week casual jogging), as I was standing in for my brother that dropped out on Thursday.
No records broken by a long shot, and a slow 6.09 (winner was 4 and change), but I am in absolute bits.
