This is now a bike that finished GBDURO22! Couldn't have wished for a better companion to drag me through all of the UK.

Thanks! It's a Wit Slingers saddlebag. Bit of a Carradice style, but better in every way. Second to none, really

The support is a carradice bagman with a strut I cobbled together from spares. Worked really well
