If anyone has a spare one of these please let me know. The cable bit (that loops round to the inboard side of the crank) on the drive side of mine had a run in with the chain so I need a replacement. Ideally it won't cost £120.
There are some dodgy used ones on AliExpress which might work but thought I'd try here first
