I no longer go to Evans London bridge or Cycles UK, can't be bothered. Haven't had the best experience there. For small things I go straight to Decathlon...

Probably worth getting it delivered so you can get a good kit.
Rema TipTop would be my choice.
They are a good thing to use to make up an order to the free postage threshold.

Seems to me to be crazy that I might have to get such an essential and cheap item delivered, because it is no longer possible to walk into a shop and buy one.
Like we've passed some kind of tipping point.
