Pride of Spitalfields for a proper 1970's pint and a salt beef sandwich, then continue down Brick Lane stopping off at Hanbury Street to pick up a draw from the "newsagents" and onto the bombed-out church/Altab-Ali Park to skin-up and chat with the locals.
You then have the option of looking at tits for a quid in the Nags Head or arty tits for free at the Whitechapel Gallery and having worked-up an appetite, Lahore 1 & 2 on Commercial Road await.
I think the Bar Locks has shut now, but you can probably get a wank under the table nearby, should you still have time on your hands (so to speak).
