WTB Bikepacking bits

I'm riding from Hackney to Amsterdam in late September and need a few bits

I'll be doing it on my CAAD so panniers are out and strap-on stuff is in. Sadly, Planet X seems to be out of Podsacs stuff until October so I'm placing my hopes in LFGSS or Fleabay.
- A large or XL frame bag
And/or
- A big bar bag, think the Restrap 14L one.
I've got an 11L saddle bag so just need something as a backup. Anyone got anything suitable?

I'm selling my backpacking gear large frame bag and the toptube snack bag .would be keeping the saddle bag .never used due to a fall I had.
