    More than fairly nervous I'd say. If someone did that to me and I had other (similar) offers on the table I'd tell them to do one.

  • very much this when there is a queue of people lining up to view/offer.
    We kicked a buyer into touch without a blink of an eye (see up thread) as pointless conditions were added on adding 3k to get close to the other offers.
    it’s a whole different scenario when a property is a hard sell and it’s sat there for months without a sniff which isn’t the situation for @ghostface
    and looking at the other offers i would sit tight and only look at dropping if the survey reveals something significant and not stuf you can see on a normal viewing like the age of boiler/consumer unit etc.
