Haha! Still haven't completed dude. Before now (hopefully) the house hadnt been sold since 1967, and prior to that it was a freehold from the some big land owning charitable body in Dulwich. Solicitors are struggling to find out whether everything was above board back then!

Ha, my 1st rental was a flat on Seeley Drive…15 years ago, now I feel old.

Its on the Dulwich estate, it’s down the road from me (both where i am now and where we are trying to buy)
I pay a ground rent to Dulwich and the new place (touch wood) is leasehold owned by them and built for the estate by Wates/Austin Vernon the estate architect, think the Kingswood estate was built by Camberwel/LCC if my local history is correct.Oh and welcome to the hood.
