Is that the Buddelship bar?

Spent a very pissed afternoon at their brewery a few years ago tucking in to his core range and washing it down with the Genever that his wife distilled.

Yup. Unfortunately, it was pretty late in the day, I had the offspring in tow, and they don't do any soft drinks, so just the one (plus a couple of take outs). I could very happily have spent the evening working through the menu.
