Ergotec have all sorts of touring/trekking bars in fairly similar shapes. The set I used to have were ridiculously heavy though, not sure how those VO ones compare!

I think wrist angle change would provide the most benefit - 45° sweep or so is nice for me. A slightly longer stem may be necessary as coming back that far may be uncomfortable for her. Takes a lot of testing, especially when the client isn’t all in, ask me how I know.
