This is a 52 in All City sizing no? The one with the 545mm TT
-
• #10
Yup - it’s a 545 top tube
Sure it’s stamped 54 on bottom bracket shell though….? -
• #11
Oh shit - yeah - it’s stamped “52STALLION”
just presumed it was a 54 due to dimensions!
Due to the gross incompetence of HMRC / my previous employer I’m going to have to offload some of the stuff I’m currently working / sitting on.
Easiest thing to bring to the table first is what was gunning to be my winter commuter/all round everything bike, it was even gonna have mudguards!
“The Gravel / All Road / Endurance thoroughbred” and “their finest work yet” according to all city….

Previous owner had done a very bad spray.bike job on the rear end as he didn’t like the gold, I resurrected the previous paint pretty successfully, and AllCity paint seems to be pretty bloody strong / his job was pretty bloody awful!
However, in general it’s ‘Good’ at best; quite a lot of superficial paint and finish marks, nothing structural, but some through to bare metal on head tube and stays from tyre rub / carbon on very top of fork crown from cable rub.
Nothing to worry about from a day to day use and performance perspective, but this is not quite best in show territory.
I quite welcomed a ratty aesthetic (also my “ratty” is very subjective to my perfectionism) as I was hoping it would be lock-up-able without looking too stealable.
I wouldn’t have bought it had I not thought it could be bullet proof for all weather riding, with a rack on, for whenever or whatever I needed it for.
I have parts for this to be built up fully with GRX di2 / PDW Fenders / 650b wheelset & tyres / XT calipers and hoses / etc so shout if you want bits to build it with. The price below is just for frame, fork & headset.
