Surly Steamroller 56, dynamo hub

I've loved riding this but selling to find something similar with gears.

Dynamo hub works fine. Nice light build. Tubeless panaracer tyres.

Very good condition. Would like £750 Croydon or Camden.

Did you get this off smashy18 a few months ago? I was chatting to him about it then it went - looks decent, i'd be up for it for a little bit less. It's mad how bike prices have gone over the last few years (not suggesting it's overpriced, just what they cost these days) - I bought a used steamroller on here about 10 years ago for 250, sold it about 5 years later for 450 and thought that was decent, now they're 750. Appreciating better than houses!

I didn't buy it from here and I'm definitely not flipping it for profit. Surlys seem to hold their money well and are always in demand used and this is a really nice one. It is brilliant off road with the Panaracers and given me a taste for that kind of riding but I want a bike that can carry stuff and has gears. Ideally another Surly. I'm definitely not desperate to move this on though. I use it for my commute into London and hack about the local semi countryside on it with the dog in the evenings.

Not through here it was on ebay, a chap up Colchester way, although he had it listed for a fair bit more than this. It looks great, ideal for commuting here in Cambridge and a bit of mild off roading. I'd be interested if you do drop the price a bit, otherwise good luck with the sale!
