Likewise. The melodies and production are just too commercial. It's a shame, it's a missed opportunity for her to do something genuinely ground breaking. I like her voice, would love to see it employed with the music of a producer like Lady Blacktronika. But that would be too understated. The record company would probably freak out at the lack of a big hit.

Couldn't get into the Beyonce album at all. Looking at the production team it's not surprising it's appealing to a lot of house music fans though. She's got some high level geeks working on the beats. I mean that as a compliment to their musical knowledge/ability. Just too commercial for me.
