I think what I find most pleasing is the owners utter disregard for conventional expectations around bike aesthetics. Not to mention the extraordinary steerer tube and spacer situation.
It’s like the person at a party dancing wildly, alone, sober and with total abandon. Something admirable about it.

The aesthetics in the sense of parts selection, proportions etc. are all very much spot on, it’s just an unconventional choice of coloured details

re: steerer Ahem yeah that was its first outing, hadn’t really figured out what I was doing there then, since replaced with bullhorns at the top of the totally uncut steerer.
Love your imagination of me dancing sober like a nutter. I actually am very like that.
