Nice! The area around Coimbra is great too! There is a shuttle service in Lousã, I was there last week and rode the dh track of the world cup but it was more scary than fun tbh, super steep and very loose surface....
It's not signposted that well, I found these routes by first looking which areas are populair on weride.pt and then checked it on trailforks. The pics of my previous post are all close to Terras de Bouro.

hopefully stopping near there with my kona this autumn,it looked fab east of coimbra from the road this spring, where did you find your routes, are they waymarked trails? looks ace!
