I'd say it would be decent for that. Seems pretty tough and has a magnetic base which is always useful.
Can buy it cheaper direct but I couldn't get their website to allow me to register when I tried

It’s actually for working. I broke my expensive black diamond one having it on my hardhat permanently. Keen for a metal one.
