I concur they're heavy as road tyres, I really didn't like them on the winter bike, they felt very sluggish, would be good for a tourer.
I rate Michelin Power Pro Tubeless as the best all round tyre. Plenty quick enough and really tough, I get 5000+ miles from them and have only had one puncture across 4 sets over the last few years.
I did 5551 miles on the Pirelli Cinturato Velo in 35c and had 2 punctures (still life left).
One was while tubeless and fixed itself. They are heavy as road tyres but light as touring tyres.
