The other disappointment is that in embiggening the cutout for the bridge block with the dremmel (the block was rubbing on the sides) I ended up changing the profile of the corners. In order to make it look neat and regular again, I took about 3 or 4 mm off the back of the cutout to straighten up the edge. I hadn't factored in that with the whole bridge moving about 5mm for structural integrity reasons, it ended up with a couple of mil air gap all along the back of the bridge. You can't really see from most angles but it is annoying.
