Can you whack a screwdriver through it?
Don't do this until absolutely every other avenue is exhausted.
I feel for you tho. The previous owner of my bike did the filter up too tight and it was an absolute sod to remove.
A good first tool-less option is to get a pair of gloves then reverse wrap a load of masking tape around the filter tightly and grab hold and turn hard with two hands.

Hi there, long time lurker here etc etc. I’m trying to change oil and filters on my bike but can’t get the oil filter off. Is there a golden technique regarding removing oil filter? Mine is pretty tight and I can’t get it off with my bare hands.
