Tell me about it. Blackboxs are £150ish new and the one I picked up had only been used for 2 months and left for a while. It was ‘seized’ but for £10 inc post (only bidder) I thought it was going to have been over tightened and the bearings crushed. I’d have used the outer and throw in some normal bearings. Turned out the seller had filled them with a grease that had set rock hard. Ceramic bearings are pointless on a bike, even more so on a gravel bike, but bling for cheaps is funny.
