We have corian, it’s great, hard wearing and doesn’t stain.
Floor wise I’d go mid to dark rubber every day, hides stains and stops kids knocking their teeth out.

I hate my rubber floor! Love the look but it's awful to keep clean in the kitchen, covered most of it with a rug!

Its either micro cement or douglas fir - the actual material cost is similar but the work that goes into prepping the floor for micro-cement is much more expensive.
Yeah I was impressed with the corian, also being able to have a seamless sink was good

Microcement floor currently specced but it’s pretty pricey
