TBH I thought those looked a lot like various kitchen companies (e.g. Naked, Holte) - I’d guessed they were laminate doors with circular cut-out handles. The doors go quite low to the ground as well so they could maybe be IKEA with custom fronts on?

I can imagine it's brutal.
My OH suddenly wants loads of things done, and I just know once quotes come in they'll just get grumpy and not want to pay what it costs.

Very dull point, but you might want to think about having child proof catches installed at the same time.
We use a combo of stick-on ones for moderately dangerous and hidden magnetic for very dangerous cupboards.
If the finger holes are just like the

ones, then if you can have the magnet release behind the finger hole it would mean 1) you can always find it, and 2) limit wear.
