@miloas I’ve owned a rim brake Super Acciaio since 2017, so I can give my impressions of it.
Handling - it’s a UCI-approved race frame so it’s designed to be responsive. Short chainstays and a short wheelbase overall. I wouldn’t describe the Super Acciaio as twitchy however. I’ve got no handling issues to speak of after 5 years of consistent riding.
Riding - super comfortable and lively. Gets up to speed just fine. Obviously heavier than aluminium/titanium/carbon frames but I personally don’t have an issue with that.
All in all, I love it and would choose it over any other bike. I saved up for a high-end carbon frame and then really didn’t get on with it. Horrible plasticky clattering along the road and it felt uncomfortably rigid and characterless.
I’ve gone back to my Super Acciaio because I love it. So much that I’ve ordered a fully custom disc brake version of it from Condor.
