Was wondering what the point of the 'first offence' mention in the UCI statement was if there was no sanction possible other than losing results for breaching whatever medical protocol this comes under.
Also two separate positives makes that one a second offence? 😬
If there are two offences it’s a five month ban (h/t Inrng). So yes, lucky they’re treating two days at the same event as one incidence (Inrng says probs because there wasn’t enough time to confirm/notify after the first test).
As inrng points out, it’s not a doping offence.
