Why was he taking it and why did he not think it would get picked up/ get a TUE for something similar?
Was wondering what the point of the 'first offence' mention in the UCI statement was if there was no sanction possible other than losing results for breaching whatever medical protocol this comes under.
Also two separate positives makes that one a second offence? 😬
