Here's another article about Ukraine using Clearview's AI software for face recognition. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same service implemented in the app.

Anyone with a Ukraine mobile number? There’s an app I’m curious about, TИXTO, which has been developed by the Ukraine Gov and private sector to use publicly available online info to positively ID people and cars in the field. It apparently uses social media and other open sources, and I’m curious if it would, for example, ID me correctly since I’m not Ukrainian nor on most popular social media.
