That's the first footage I've seen of it but if that's all it took to wind him up enough to get himself sent off, it doesn't bode well for him in the premier league. Rightly or wrongly, the pushing/gamesmanship is a huge part of the game & those same things happen in every game.
Shame as he looks decent but needs to think a bit more than that.

Young player with a bit too learn. He looks quality otherwise.
That Diaz goal was something special. Though Zaha goal was a banger too. Lovely work from Eze and a finish in off the post. Palace looked good. Though Liverpool spurned a fair few decent chances

All or Nothing: Arsenal
two episodes in, I am hooked.. Mikel Arteta comes across brilliantly on camera..

Haven't started watching it yet but from day one Arteta set his stall out and then stuck to it... So he can't lose really in being on camera

All I see in that video is the treatment the majority of centre forwards in the league get. Van Dijk does exactly the same. Headbutt and falling over was pretty pathetic, both should be ashamed of themselves.

This is like a video from someone who has never watched a football match before.

Sums it up for me.
I've played competitive 5-a-side for 20+ years (whether or not I'm still competitive is a matter of debate). Anyone thinking the game is free from anything like the above is deluding themselves.
I'd love to play in a game where that kind of shit didn't happen, and it's not something that I really do myself, but if you play football in anything other than the friendliest league in the world then that kind of stuff is going to happen all the time.
Spoiler alert: it happens in the women's game too, just nowhere near as often, but the women's game isn't free of it completely.

Nah, the collapse was quality, full on RADA type stuff.

Forest really are going all-in on surviving this season aren't they?

Hoping none of the 16 players we've signed are duds. I like the odds.

So Mike dean doesn't know what violent behaviour is? The simpler explanation would be incompetence/cheating.

Trying to implement a high press by signing 30 year-old Casemiro on mega-bucks is peak United.

That said, he is a great player. Just not sure he's a ten Hag player?
I'll make up my mind when Jonathan Wilson files his article.

Arteta took a pay cut to join Arsenal as a player; as a manager, he walked into a burning building. It wasn't the easy choice to do either: neither was it to demand those infamous "non-negotiables" from Day 1
Spoiler Alert
I agree with the sentiment that we should be grateful to have him.

I think the trajectory of Chelsea/arsenal/man u over the last three years show we were quite lucky to pick up the ex player we did.
I had a season ticket for the 19/20 season, I got to watch first hand what was going on under Emery. It took a season to sort the defence, and a couple of seasons to sort the midfield but it's only going in the right direction

Arteta mentions something which is so true of Arsenal
it is a fine line between confidence and complacency
too frequently we squander a lead.. this is where players need to stay mentally fit.. for 96 mins on the pitch

Does anyone on here want all my blizzards from some time to some time?

Could this be the season where, apart from City, everything is up for grabs?
No more "Big Six" (or "Big Five plus Spurs").
(Obviously in the blinkered world of just the Men's Premier League that is.)

Fucken hell. 3-0 down to Leeds.
-
• #161999
Leeds have out played, out worked out ran, out fought and most obviously out scored Chelsea.
I like havertz but he has been terrible as a number 9.
Tuchel got today wrong James is a great wing back plays as part of the 3.
Rlc isn't a wing back. The midfield looked so lightweight.Shit.
Edit just heard Leeds have run nearly 10k more than Chelsea.
Now a red card FFS. Horrible -

Does seem extremely unpredictable so far. World Cup will also throw a big spanner in potentially. When was the last season that only one team won all first 3 games?
So he tried hitting and missed, a backwards headbut and missed then finally landed something. Looked like he gave as much shit as he took.
