Yeah, so much mugging

That was different and you know it.
This is a random joining to sell a knife and someone pointed out that can be seen as an issue as scammers do join the forum.

Random as in the forum had previously discussed the brand.
If anyone is interested, let me know and you have whatever assurance is required. It will oBly be available until tomorrow due to holiday and probably not bothering after this week.
Thanks -

Quite a coincidence that such an obscure brand should turn up here. Like a clue in a Dan Brown novel or something. Especially with the interesting logo, which looks full of symbolism. Griffeyjnr being upside down compounds the mystery. Isn't an upside down crucifix a sign of the devil? I would like the knife but I've already got too many

Quite allot there nick, I think you may be reading into that a bit too much. Backstory is Ken Griffey Jnr used to be my favourite baseball player when I watched it circa 90s. The knife extremely obscure, I was 15 when I spotted it in a magazine or something and my dad bought it for me as I was too young and he was making up for leaving my mum and brother for a younger polish women. My godfearing upbringing wouldn’t appreciate the devil symbolism but I’m full on atheist now.
Phew, there’s some provenance for you all. -

Random as random person joining the forum.

Baseball, you say? https://youtu.be/JPCcvysV-fY
The Poles are full-on Catholics.
And I note you're not disclosing what kind of magazine it was.
-
• #4834
I can’t remember the magazine but assuming it wasn’t the internet. but at this stage I may keep the knife - you know ‘I blackmailed my dad, sentimental value’.
I have no problem with Poles or Catholics for the record. -
• #4835
Maybe keep it until one of your kids is old enough for it? A knife as a gift from an adult to a youngster implies trust and responsibility. I wish I hadn't lost the knife my Dad gave me

Yep also makes me think about adultery and bribery. Thems the breaks

It's hard to find anywhere online to sell used knives these days. Maybe because the seller has to verify the buyer's age? The only site I've found is this. I haven't tried it. https://www.gunstar.co.uk/Blades-for-sale

Thanks Nick, I will use that for sure if the free ads don’t pay off. Appreciated

Or maybe get a dealer to take them all off your hands? https://www.sportingcutlery.co.uk/browse-all-products/pre-owned-knives/
Or a proper bricks and mortar auction house. There are hundreds in this network. They get online bidders as well as people in the saleroom. I've bought a couple of things this way https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb/search-results?searchterm=knife&categorycode=COL~AAM

Picked up a cheap boker rocket from Heinnie today. It's feels nicer than its price point and is a good unthreatening shape for EDC. Tempted by a titanium one now...
-
• #4845
Here’s a titanium Boker.
A limited edition 1997 Walter super liner titanium apaz. Numbered 1953 so I can’t claim it’s special in any way other than recently discovered.

Nice if you were born in 1953 mind. I’d love a Dessert Warrior, but getting automatic knives shipped into the UK is v. frowned upon, especially these days.
-
• #4847
Is a dessert warrior for slicing apple pie?
-
• #4848
Don’t be absurd
It’s for portioning trifle
-
• #4849
It would be absurd to trifle with someone in possession of a dessert warrior.
