Just picked this one up.
- The frame seems in nice condition, only some minor scratches on a first inspection.
- The wheels runs smooth and true.
- The rest of the components are in a interesting condition.
For 15 EUR I think i did fine. Just have to figure out what to build now.

Not bad money at all!!

I have a 19" in the shed waiting to be built for the gf. I didn't realize how heavy the framesets are!!

Haha, yes they are not very lightweight. Love the styling/graphics on the old Specialized frames though.

Im leaning to a "winter work horse" build. Single speed or 1x7/8/9, drop bars and full cover fenders.
