Great! They are charging £332 per fitted tyre (Michelin 255/45/20 V) but think I can get it cheaper elsewhere. Also bc im selling the car in the next 6weeks...
I've used a slime repair plug successfully before. Might get you through the MOT.

Tyre shop may be able to fix the puncture for around £10.
