I'm after a tape measure recommendation after my OH broke our inherited house one from Woolworths.

Wish list

• reasonable accuracy
  
• body size ~5x5cm and not too thick (ie something compact but not small)
  
• as long as possible given the body size.
  
• inches and cm
  
• inexpensive
  
  

I have a Hultafors Talmeter, but it stays firmly out of reach of the rest of the family. I'm just after something simple to leave in the house toolbox.
