I'd ride that tbh. Looks well comfy. Being picky hoods stay but bars tilt down a little.

As long as the brake levers are reachable in the drops (for me reaching with just the tip of the forefinger is totally enough).
Good with as high as possible/reachable/comfy hoods is that then also the whole bars including hoods can go down, or also up; like when @Hulsroy mentions 'bars tilt down a little' why not just tilt the whole setup a little bit down? At least for lazy changes for some rides =)

Ah I re-read the sentence often and in the end thought that the hoods stay in position where they are. Those millimeters are not much anyways.
I have to admit I got obsessed with this topic and have to remember myself not to argue with other bike friends (often the reaction is - I don’t know why - like I would have started a stupid political or religious discussion).

I feel the same. My friends made me start this thread to stop bothering them about it

I’m not proud, but I have bd’d a couple of bikes at work without permission. I’ll hu when they ask me to do their bar tape. As I’m sure they will.

Haha that sounds almost creepy, great

I do it all the time, especially when the costumer is just riding a new bike badly setup from the start.
Can't deal with bad taping jobs and drops at 45 degrees anymore. -

Good man.
I no longer work in the industry. Just happen to work somewhere with a disproportionate amount of cyclists now. -

Extra points for the garmin pointing away from the rider. -

Lol here too, that's my bike 😄 and pay attention it already made page 1. I'm still getting free drinks from the fame of it.

The bars in combination with the chainring makes it look a bit Picasso painting of a bike.

I'm blushing here with the compliment.

Haha I’m just jealous that you have what must be the OG gravel bike. Silkroad about 20 years ahead of the curve.
