When I've had similar mix ups it's been my door number in the wrong street. Local street though. Unless they've just got the address wrong in a hurry sending it out, that's happened to me before.

Ordered some stuff last week. The valuable bit of the order arrived, one small thing missing. Pretty low cost item. 30 quid or so. Told the supplier they missed it from the order, they sent a replacement out on a priority from Sweden on Friday. DHL today have delivered it. But not to me. They've got a photo of it sticking out of a letterbox. There's no note saying where the letter box is. It's not either of my neighbours. I walked up and down the street earlier (it's quite a distinctive door from the photo). Can't see it. I've filled out a form on their website as there's no means to raise a ticket directly on the tracking page. Wait it out? I gave permission to leave it in a safe place. I don't really want to go back to the supplier again.
