Just got a Moccamaster; anyone know how much coffee should I be using per 500ml?

30g then adjust to personal preference

I always use 60g per litre as JB says, but adjust the grind depending on the beans and the volume being brewed. Pretty much always brew either 330ml or 500ml (a waste, I know) so keep the grind quite fine. 20g and 30g of beans respectively.
