Hi, both hubs are QR.
Rear hub (Hope RS4) you can change the end caps so can run as 12mm etc. Newer SON Dynamo hubs can be converted if they are 12mm down to 9mm. Afraid this is 9mm only so no way to change that I am aware of/from my understanding otherwise I would be keeping them for the new bike.
So just to clarify these are QR only.
