No-one knows for certain that it is Partey who's had these accusations levelled against him.
Your first point is kind of moot as we all know that the club of whichever player this is does know. It doesn’t really matter if we do, the club is able to make a decision because they do know.
But yeh, I don’t know if a club can really suspend a player if allegations are made and there’s no charges, investigation or trial etc.
