Just the 25.8 itm drop bars I'm afraid. I'm unsure if 25.8 is only compatible with 26mm stems. If I see anything, I will let you know!

Patagonia jacket and nitto rack now sold

Sadly, I can't make the Nitto rack work on the bike I was hoping to install it onto... There's plenty of adjustment, and it could definitely fit, but it wouldn't be perfectly horizontal and it would drive me nuts.
So this is back up for sale, if you or anyone on here is interested?
