Yeah, there's a lady near me who takes her rescued pug with mobility issues out in a full on pram. The pug seems to love it!

I'm not a dog person, so I've already got a bias against them anyway, but dog and person in that photo don't tick any of those boxes. And that blog can get in the fucking sea!
Dogs aren't people, dog owners need to stop anthropomorphizing them.

You get some crazies doing it but more often than not it's for humans and/or dog mobility reasons.
