We need to get Bunny Huang up in this shit. Tell him how Shimano has succeeded in preventing us from reverse engineering their gear for more than a decade, and he'll be grinding through that epoxy and sussing those guts through a microscope faster than you can say 'fuck proprietary bullshit'.

Can you get at the board inside the shifter? Maybe a bit of debris is short circuiting it.
