Checked the obvious like brake / mudguard rubbing?

Yeah it's only when I'm on it, can't replicate when it is on a work stand. Or just holding up

Yes in all gears.

No obvious rubbing at all. Brakes and mudguard all clear.

It's happening even when just coasting so it's not flex when I'm putting down massive watts either.
