What do people think to a minimum kit list?

You're screwed if the weather turns quickly? Or do you mean a list that would form part of the rules, a basic kit kind of thing.

Yeah a basic kit, that every rider needs to carry, it already exists in part with stuff like lights, helmet, hi viz but certain tools, certain clothes maybe.

You'd have to check they all still had everything at the end. More admin than it's worth imo.
