I can't say why but this ad looks suspicious. Anyone missing a white Surly Troll with couplers?

Oh right, this bike was acquired with all the bags too. And it has 48spoke wheels with white rims. Maybe the original owner is better off without it.

Unfortunately what Skully says is true. My ex's bike was nicked recently, popped up on eBay, sold, popped up on eBay again and police were next to useless.

Everything was handed to them on a plate, including arranging a meeting, and they did nothing.

See I couldn't decide if having all of the matching Ortlieb bags made it more or less likely to be stolen. Who would leave ALL of the bags on the bike?

Someone who was riding it at the time it was stolen?

stored in shed or garage with bags attached?

Cinelli Gazetta stolen from Shoreditch Park. It’s a large frame with a brick lane pizza tray on the front. Has a sticker of a blow fly on it. My 8th stolen bike…. Fuck this shit. ☹️

My mate had his Cannondale stolen last night from outside his flat (in a secure hallway). He chased them for fifteen minutes to Stepney Green when they pulled a knife on him and started chasing him back. It has an XT groupset on it and an Old Man Mountain rack on the front. Please DM me if you see it anywhere

Stolen in the centre of ~Lincoln last Friday between 4pm & 6pm

This seller has a lot of suspiciously cheaply-priced bikes. Looks proper dodgy to me, any opinions ventured?

Does anyone recognise this. Quite distinctive: Dave Lloyd decals, front wheel smaller than rear. Bike register markings but not reported as stolen

Don't know the guy or the situation exactly, but borders and east central Scotland is a hotbed for targeted theft the last 5 years or so. Up the east coast into Aberdeenshire/Banffshire is also red hot for it, folk getting followed home, trackers, drones to fly in from the road while you unload bikes out of your T6 into your fortress shed (this happens, mate has been followed twice in this way).

Unfortunately don't have much knowledge to share except that they are exported wholesale. One of my customers was pulled over on a quiet A road by a bunch of them in a stolen/clone plated Isuzu and relieved of his 1 week old nice MTB from back of the car at threat of a lot of violence. Few years back, but still a scary and ridiculous experience.

Anyone missing/know anyone missing a green Kona Dew Plus? Continental tyres, Project 2 fork.

A friends daughters bike was stolen yesterday while locked up outside the Clissold Leisure Centre N16 around 2.30pm.

It’s a womens Giant Yukon, small in pale blue and white. Has a yellow ‘Dave Mellor Cycles’ sticker on the seat tube and a yellow ‘caution’ sticker on the right handlebar.

If anyone sees it anywhere please get in touch with me, cheers.

Please keep a lookout for a large size Genesis DayOne single (pale blue with lots of black insulation tape) covering most of the paintwork. The black I sulfation tape has worn away just under the front side of the seat post clamp.

It had front and rear cateye brackets (seat post and handlebars) but no rear red reflector.

Cracked rear mudguard repaired with yellow insulation tape (classy).

It disappeared from a locked cycle rack in Leicester Square today (02/09) between 1700h and 1800h.

Brompton M6L 2019 Black Edition (Orange) stolen from Peckham Rye Park this morning during Parkrun. That'll teach me for trying to exercise... Here's a picture I grabbed online. My Brompton had Kojak tan wall tyres and a white paint scuff on the main tube.

My neighbours bike was stolen the other day in camberwell. Spent ages looking for one, had it a couple of weeks now it’s gone. Didn’t have any pictures or anything but I’m trying to help him sort out a cheap replacement to get him back on two wheels
