What’s it like putting on and removing helmet? Always had issues with normal in ear stuff

It’s fine. I can remove my arai without any issue. I can also remove the buds with the helmet still on to make removal easier.

I need something like this too as Google keeps taking me different ways to work so I still don't know the route by heart.

Just to ask the stupid question, it also acts like db reducing ear plugs, right?
