My landlord is selling my apartment.
It was put up for sale on Thursday, since then I've been getting calls left and right from the realtor to schedule visits from people who are interested.
Had a lady who according to the realtor was very very interested and could visit ONLY at 4pm on Friday. I figured it might be in my interest to get this over with quickly so I got off work early for it. Ten minutes before, she calls and says she can't make it, rescheduled to today, "between 10am and 2pm, call on the day to get a specific time". At around 10:30 I call the realtor because I need to go out after lunch. Turns out she can't make it because "the weather was so good she just decided to go to the beach".
Have another realtor call for a visit, but this guy is only available nights, impossible to come visit during the day. So ended up with a visit today at 9pm.
I hate this so much. I have to keep changing my plans for something that not only has nothing to do with me, but might even end up screwing me because the new owners might not want to keep renting/decide rent is too low. It's ridiculous.
