I would try to get in as long rides as you can. The running helps me for harder efforts on the bike, but I brush up on endurance when I switch between the two. The other way around is harder I think.
Yeah, that's what I thought but I'm relatively time starved. So some sort of endurance intervals...? I should mention that I've never actually trained riding, only running. But it's been a long time off the bike.
