Re Di2, I'm sure you could.

You could run the cables externally (not very pleasing on the eye ;)), or, since it is steel, get the drill out.

I'm sure a steel shop or builder would do it very quickly and cleanly.

No worries, it's definitely a different vibe for the bike. I think it is best with mechanical. External cables are a delight after years of feeding cables through carbon frames full of manufacturing debris !

I saw your Parlee, stunning bike, can't believe it hasn't been snapped up!

Just a shame I don’t have a mechanical group set to shift over onto it - whereas if it was Di2 I could transplant a whole bike over!
