So my Kamado got delivered on time, opened the box to find a manufacturing defect in the ceramic. I wouldn't have minded but it was right on the front aligned with the temp gauge, so back it goes. no BBQ this weekend unfortunately!
Is this the mini Kamado that I have seen recently for sale at Aldi or do they have a bigger one as well?
Keen on this sort of thing if big enough to do brisket and pork butt, not just Burgers and sausages...
I'd be amazed if that holds enough coal for any kind of slow cooking as well, and overfilling them messes with airflow so makes them work less well. I'd steer away from a small one tbh
