Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I have two pairs of bibs, where the stitching has come away from the pad. I think it’s probably because I bounce around the saddle a lot. Has anyone had this repaired, I don’t think rapha do it.

I had similar doubts, given the re-wording of their repair terms, but they fixed mine without any questions whatsoever. I did point out that this was one pair of many, used with same arse, saddle and much less rides than others (pre-empting the 'user-error' response) - but I have no idea if that swung it in my favour or not..
